The way that these coverings put together speaks more truth:
- Curtains of Fine Linen
(Redemption). Before we can come before God, we
must be saved first (Hebrews
11:6).
- Curtains of Goats' Hair
(Sanctification). Next, we are to be sanctified by
the truth (John 17:17).
- Covering of Rams' Skins Dyed Red
(Consecration and Submission). Then
submit to Christ and serve Him with a clear conscience (I
Timothy 3:9).
- Outer Covering
(Protection). As promised, He will protect us from the evil
one (John 17:15).
